ReviuFlow is operated by Olyva Group. Legal entity name, tax ID and registered address will be updated once the entity is incorporated.

We may collect name, corporate email, company, role, country, approximate MLR team size, current process description, language, signup date and UTM parameters.

We do not request or expect personal patient data.

We use data to manage the waitlist, send ReviuFlow communications, operate the LATAM regulatory newsletter, prioritize discovery conversations and measure landing performance.

We may use aggregated non-identifiable data to validate market hypotheses.

By submitting a form, you authorize processing under this policy and applicable Colombian data protection rules, including Law 1581 of 2012 where applicable.

You may request access, update, correction or deletion by writing to legal@reviuflow.com.

We use providers such as Loops for communications, Vercel for hosting, PostHog for analytics and Microsoft Clarity for experience observation, subject to configuration and applicable consent.

We do not sell personal data.

We retain data while needed for project validation, communications management and legal obligations.

Leads may request deletion at any time.

Some providers may process data outside Colombia. By registering, you understand these transfers may occur to provide the services described.
